LIST OF APPOINTED INDIVIDUALS WHO HAVE NOT YET PICKED THEIR NOTIFICATION LETTERS
The Secretary, Education Service Commission, invites the following individuals who were appointed by the Education Service Commission, but never picked their Notification Letters, to pick them not later than 15th October 2026. The affected individuals should note that beyond 15th October 2026, any unpicked Notification Letters will cease to be valid.
The list is available on the ESC website: https://www.esc.ug .go

NOTE

  1. Each affected person should present valid identification cards/documents
  2. Notification letters will be picked from the ESC Registry on working days between 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
  3. Please ignore this information if you already picked your Notification Letter
